Terms and Conditions

• We have the right to change position if necessary on any mount.
• A NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit required on all taxidermy work. we will notify you on completion of your order.
• Goods left in our shop over 30 days are subject to storage charges.
• Finance chare of 1% will be added after 30 days on unpaid balance.
• Wild Memories Taxidermy,LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for losses due to fire, theft, damage in tanning, loss in transit, tornado or other natural disaster.
• Shipping, crating and incoming and outgoing freight charges are extra.
• Prices for the raw material received in average good condition.
• Prices DO NOT include base and habitat. Unless otherwise specified.
• There will be a 47$ per hour charge on repair of cut throats, briskets, and repairs of broken antlers or horns.
• Prices do not include tax.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Merchandise is subject to sale for charges after 60 days.
• No work will be released from the studio until balance is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Certain circumstances may require some work to have the complete cost paid in advance before work will begin or finish, customer will be notified if required.

The customer must agree to the above terms and conditions and declare that this specimen(s) was legally obtained.

All Tanning is Accepted at Owner's Risk

We have no control over any skin or trophy prior to our receiving it for tanning and/or mounting. Many factors have a definite effect on the final results of tanning such as Primeness, time of year, climatic conditions, - hot or cold - and the care given the skin or trophy in the field when it is killed. Occasionally a skin will not tan, or goes to pieces in the tanning due to improper handling before shipment to us, or to some defect in the skin for which we cannot be responsible. For these reasons, we cannot assume any responsibility or offer any guarantee of the tanning of any skin.
